Garage Conversion in Lymington, Hampshire
This garage conversion we did in Lymington was a particularly pleasing house extension project to complete, especially to see the transformation of a very untidy, cluttered and structurally not safe area into a fully functional utility area with bags of storage for everyone. We removed all the old structural timbers and joists and replaced them with new ones, as what was currently there was not adequate enough. Once the structural side of the construction was complete we insulated and re-plastered the whole area fully, including the roof space (for storage) and redecorated throughout. We replaced the rear door with a new uPVC one, installed a new vinyl click-together floor system and installed a new utility kitchen from Howdens Joinery. The clients were so happy with the outcome they have now asked us to quote to completely remodel their whole house from top to bottom.
