This particular loft conversion is exactly what us here at team Alta is about. Converting unused loft space into a spacious usable bedroom with an en-suite. This loft conversion was an 8-week project that went smoothly from start to finish and was really helped by having a family that was really easy to work with. A rear-facing dormer provided the extra head height and space required to make this room large enough to also gain an en-suite. A large Velux window to the front of the property also helps give extra light throughout the bedroom. Externally we finished the dormer with a Marley cement board that gives a really fresh new look to this property.
